Alumet anodises aluminium in colour and gloss our colour range includes copper tones. Colors include clear bronze gold and copper anodized. Clear and black finishes are also known as decorative anodize. It is strong and corrosion resistant plus it s easy to machine and weld.

Anodized aluminum is strong and durable sometimes even more so than metals such as stainless and copper. Anodized aluminum is beautiful and decorative. Anodized aluminum weighs approximately 60 less than stainless brass and copper more parts per pound. The anodic layer is three times harder than the aluminum itself and provides a natural abrasion resistance not found in copper brass and stainless steel.

This process makes the copper color very stable and consistent compared to other copper anodize finishes. We can anodise from light pink orange to dark red old copper colour. Anodized aluminum arrives clean and ready for immediate fabrication. We do not use pigments but metals to obtain the copper colour.
