I have created metal atcs and metal collage cards with 10 mil copper sheet. Create copper luminaria and lampshades using an awl tin snips and copper sheets. Heavy weight sheet metal. You can also use a pair of scissors or a utility knife but the edges are very sharp so you will want to be careful.
